What an amazing company that came to our rescue. We are from Arizona heading east in our 38 ft Class A. When a noise started coming from underneath. Getting louder and starting to vibrate. Found the closest rest area and googled diesel mechanics near by. Littrell came up first. One call, and Ben said your not far, come on in. Got there in 40 minutes and he was waiting on us. Besides being one of the nicest people, he rode down the road with us to hear the noise. Had a few ideas but it was getting late. So we spent the night in their lot. First thing in the morning, he and one other guy were underneath.They checked driveline, drain n fill plugs, ride height Found what they thought was the issue. Linkage had a missing bolt, bracket had twisted. Installed a new bolt, adjusted ride height. Had us drive down the road to check it out. All Gone!!!! Omg. They saved our trip! Professional, polite and beyond knowledgeable. Can’t thank them enough. Especially Ben Littrell.
